Five:30 is a gem!! The fitness class instructors are phenomenal - special shout-out to Lauren!!! They're skilled - they understand how the body works and know how to modify each exercise to accommodate injuries or different skill levels. The group classes have a personal training feel (<-- very unique for a gym) and the atmosphere is upbeat, positive, and friendly. The gym itself is a beautiful place and I relax just walking through the door. I can't recommend Five:30 enough!

Great gym... I really enjoy the convenience of having separate hours for women and men. My daughter loves the teen zumba classes and working with Rachel, her nutritionist, on creating mindful eating habits.

Let me tell you about Rachel – she's been a total lifesaver! As a young professional juggling a million things, I never thought I could stick to a diet and actually see results. I decided to join Five 30 at the urging of my two daughters. They joined and cannot stop raving about them. I'm about to turn 50 and needed to get moving and needed someone to teach me proper nutrition without starving me. I've always loved classes as opposed to doing my own workouts. I absolutely love love love spin class and the strength training class. I'm thinking of trying yoga next. The instructors are absolutely fabulous. Rachel has been so great at teaching me how to re-train my body so that I stop craving all the garbage foods that are my downfall. I literally look forward to going to exercise, something I'd never thought I'd enjoy!

Rachel is amazing at what she does, she helped my 10 year old who has been struggling and she taught her it’s not bout dieting, it’s about lifestyle. 10/10 would recommend!
