Our nutrition initial consultation typically includes a thorough assessment of your current dietary habits, medical history, and physical activity level. Our nutritionist/dietitian may ask about your goals for the consultation, such as weight loss or improved athletic performance. We also ask about your food preferences and any food allergies or sensitivities you have.

During the consultation, we m ay use tools such as food diaries, meal plans, and nutrient analyses to assess your current nutrient intake and make recommendations for improvement and also discuss general nutrition principles and provide education about the role of different nutrients in the body.

In addition to discussing your diet, the practitioner may also make recommendations for physical activity, as well as suggest strategies for overcoming any challenges the individual may be facing in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

During the follow up weigh in sessions we will 

During your follow-up weigh-in sessions, we track your progress. These sessions are usually scheduled at regular intervals, such as every week or every other week, depending on the individual’s needs and preferences.

During a follow-up weigh-in session, the nutritionist will weigh you and go through your food intake for the week, physical activity, and any other lifestyle factors that may be impacting their progress. 

Based on the results of the follow-up session, we will adjust your nutrition plan or make recommendations for changes to your diet or physical activity level. The nutritionist will also provide support and guidance to help the individual stay on track and achieve their goals.
